DIY: orange sugar

An easy DIY: Orange sugar, lovely to make small gifts.

• Use organic oranges only.
• Boil the zest for 5 minutes.
• Dry them for one hour in the oven (not hot at all).
• Stir with the sugar, pour in nice pots.
